Rua Áurea, the Golden Street, sits in the heart of the Pombaline grid, two streets from Rua Augusta and five minutes from the Tagus riverfront. The most central position in Lisbon: Chiado is a ten-minute walk uphill, the Castelo tuk-tuk leaves from just up the road, and Time Out Market is twelve minutes on foot along the river. You can reach everything on foot from here.
