We keep our lowest available rate for each apartment and date on our own website, with no third-party booking fees.
€30 off your first direct booking
Join our mailing list and we’ll send you the code RESIDENTAS30. Enter it at checkout and €30 is taken off your booking total.
- For your first booking made directly on residentas.com
- No minimum stay
- Valid for bookings made until 31 December 2026
- Not valid on bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb or other platforms
Choose the cancellation terms that suit you
When you book direct, you pick one of three rates:
- Flexible: nothing is charged at booking. Free cancellation until 2 days before arrival; the full amount is charged 3 days before arrival.
- Early Booking: nothing is charged at booking. Free cancellation until 30 days before arrival, when the full amount is charged.
- Non-refundable: the full amount is charged at booking and can’t be refunded.

Easier arrival and departure
- Check-in from 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM
- Arriving early? Leave your luggage with us on arrival day and explore the city hands-free
- Want your apartment sooner? Book Priority Arrival and it will be ready from 2 PM
